Ingredients
1 lb Hamburger meat
1 can (9 oz) Corn
1 can (or 1 cup) Beef Bouillon
2 tsp Chili Powder
1/4 tsp Pepper
1 can (28 oz) Tomatoes
1/4 cup Diced Onions
1 1/2 tsp Salt
1 1/2 cups Minute Rice
Directions
- Brown meat.
- Add onions.
- Lower heat to medium and cook until onion is tender.
- Add seasonings, tomatoes, corn and bouillon.
- Bring to a boil.
- Stir in rice.
- Remove from heat.
- Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
