Ingredients
350g Butterscotch chips
1/2 cup Butter
1/2 cup Peanut butter
1 tsp Vanilla
Dash salt
300g Mini marshmallows
Directions
- Melt in a double boiler until smooth the butterscotch chips, butter, and peanut butter
- Remove from heat
- Add in the vanilla and salt
- Fold in the marshmallows
- Put in a greased pan
- Refrigerate until firm
- Disappears quickly
