Ingredients

  • 350g Butterscotch chips

  • 1/2 cup Butter

  • 1/2 cup Peanut butter

  • 1 tsp Vanilla

  • Dash salt

  • 300g Mini marshmallows

Directions

  • Melt in a double boiler until smooth the butterscotch chips, butter, and peanut butter
  • Remove from heat
  • Add in the vanilla and salt
  • Fold in the marshmallows
  • Put in a greased pan
  • Refrigerate until firm
  • Disappears quickly
