Ingredients

  • 1/2 ounce (14.2g) cannabis

  • 1 lb butter

Directions

  • Decarbing
  • Place cannabis in mason jar and finger tighten
  • Place a folded towel in the bottom of the Instant pot.
  • Add water until towel is slightly submerged.
  • Place jar on towel and seal Instant pot.
  • Pressure cook for 50 minutes then quick release.
  • Add butter
  • Soften or gently melt butter.
  • Grind (but not too much) cannabis (or finger break-up) in the mason jar.
  • Add butter to cannabis jar.
  • Cannabutter
  • Place jar with cannabis and butter into Instant pot on towel/water.
  • Pressure cook for 30 minutes, with natural release.
  • Strain melted butter mixture through cheesecloth and/or fine sieve.
