Ingredients

  • 1 pkg Onion Soup Mix

  • 1 lb Ground Beef

  • 1 tsp Oregano

  • 1 can (28 oz) Tomatoes

  • 2 cups Water

  • 2 cups Uncooked, Medium Shell Pasta

  • 1/3 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

  • 1-1 1/2 cups Grated Mozzarella Cheese

Directions

  • Brown meat.
  • Add soup mix, oregano, tomatoes, and water.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Stir in pasta.
  • Reduce heat to a simmer, and cover.
  • Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally (or until pasta is tender).
  • Remove from heat.
  • Stir in parmesan.
  • Top with Mozzarella and let it melt before serving.
