Ingredients
1 cup + 1 cup flour
1 Tbsp Yeast
1/4 tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Sugar
2/3 cup + 2 Tbsp Warm Water
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375’F.
- Mix 1 cup flour w/ everything else in a mixer.
- Slowly add more flour until mixer makes a ball.
- Let rest, covered for 10-15 minutes.
- Roll out flat, flat, flat.
- Prick crust with fork.
- Bake for approx. 15 minutes with toppings, OR remove when partially cooked, approx. 10-12 minutes, THEN
- Top with pizza toppings and place under broiler until cheese is golden brown.
