Ingredients

  • 1 cup + 1 cup flour

  • 1 Tbsp Yeast

  • 1/4 tsp Salt

  • 1 Tbsp Sugar

  • 2/3 cup + 2 Tbsp Warm Water

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 375’F.
  • Mix 1 cup flour w/ everything else in a mixer.
  • Slowly add more flour until mixer makes a ball.
  • Let rest, covered for 10-15 minutes.
  • Roll out flat, flat, flat.
  • Prick crust with fork.
  • Bake for approx. 15 minutes with toppings, OR remove when partially cooked, approx. 10-12 minutes, THEN
  • Top with pizza toppings and place under broiler until cheese is golden brown.
