Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup Margarine

  • 3 cups Icing Sugar

  • 3/8 cup cocoa

  • 4 Tbsp Milk

Directions

  • While blending margarine, gradually add 2 1/2 cups icing sugar.
  • Add milk, remaining icing sugar, and cocoa.
  • Blend until creamy.
  • NOTE: Sometimes 1/2 cup icing sugar LESS works better.
