Ingredients

  • 1 lb Hamburger meat

  • 1 can (9 oz) Corn

  • 1 can (or 1 cup) Beef Bouillon

  • 2 tsp Chili Powder

  • 1/4 tsp Pepper

  • 1 can (28 oz) Tomatoes

  • 1/4 cup Diced Onions

  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt

  • 1 1/2 cups Minute Rice

Directions

  • Brown meat.
  • Add onions.
  • Lower heat to medium and cook until onion is tender.
  • Add seasonings, tomatoes, corn and bouillon.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Stir in rice.
  • Remove from heat.
  • Cover and let stand for 5 minutes.
