Ingredients
2 cloves of garlic, pressed
2 anchovies, mashed, or 2 inches of anchovy paste
1 egg
1/2 egg shell of vinegar
1/2 egg shell of lemon juice
3 x 1/2 egg shell of salad or vegetable oil
Directions
- Mix well (use blender or power mixer)
- Pour over romaine lettuce and toss
- Add croutons, bacon bits and parmesan cheese
