Ingredients

  • 2 cloves of garlic, pressed

  • 2 anchovies, mashed, or 2 inches of anchovy paste

  • 1 egg

  • 1/2 egg shell of vinegar

  • 1/2 egg shell of lemon juice

  • 3 x 1/2 egg shell of salad or vegetable oil

Directions

  • Mix well (use blender or power mixer)
  • Pour over romaine lettuce and toss
  • Add croutons, bacon bits and parmesan cheese
